•             Analyze and identify reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System reports.

•             Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data extracts, ETL processes, and reports.

•             Design and implement effective SQL queries for large datasets, including CLOBS/XML data.

•             Ensure the quality and integrity of data extracts through validation and audit strategies.

•             Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing queries, reports, and ETL processes.

•             Develop operational performance metrics and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Azure Synapse.

•             Document requirements and technical specifications for new and updated reports.

•             Provide 24x7 on-call support as part of a rotation schedule.
