- Proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles, techniques and tools.
- Experience in canonical data models and maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency in different data modelling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- SKILLS: DBMS, SQL, ETL
- Develop detailed logical data models based on the canonical model.
- Collaborate with the Data architect to ensure data models align with overall data architecture.
- Work closely with Data/ETL engineers to ensure data models are implementable and meet technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into logical data models and define data elements and relationships.
- Ensure data models support data integrity, consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update data models a d needed to reflect changes in business requirements.
- provide support to development teams on data modelling best practices.
