- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
- Should have solid background in Banking domain.
- Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence, and other tools
- Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations
- Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective
- Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
- Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management
- Define Governance plan and track deliverables
