Design & Development:
- Lead the development of hybrid mobile applications using frameworks like Ionic, React Native, Flutter, or Cordova.
- Ensure the applications meet Medicaid program requirements and adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into functional mobile solutions.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as a technical lead for hybrid mobile application projects within the Medicaid domain.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.
- Drive the adoption of secure coding practices and ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST standards.
Integration & API Management:
- Build and maintain secure APIs and integrations with Medicaid backend systems, including eligibility, claims, and provider data.
- Work closely with the backend teams to ensure seamless data flow between mobile applications and core systems.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize the performance of hybrid mobile apps across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Implement offline-first and progressive web app (PWA) approaches for enhanced user experience in low-connectivity environments.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure mobile applications meet quality standards.
Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for mobile app releases.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure mobile applications adhere to Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and data security best practices.
- Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO for secure user access.
