•    6+ years of direct work experience as a Full Stack Developer
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
•    Experience with or exposure to DevOps (Jenkins/Kubernetes/Helm/AWS)
•    Experience working with other tools such as Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Node JS is a plus
•    Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
•    Proven experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies.
•    Strong database skills in both SQL and NoSQL.
•    Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, secure coding practices, and performance tuning.
•    Experience with Oracle EBS will be a plus
•    Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•    Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS and its advanced concepts.
•    Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python and Java
•    Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and Oracle
•    Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring boot, and other spring libraries.
•    Strong SQL knowledge and advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
•    Proficiency in Agile tools like Rally, Jira, etc.
•    Experience working both independently and, in a team, -oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
