JOB DETAIL

our client, specifically a casino, is looking for optimization of their workforce management software. They are trying to optimize their workforce as they feel they are overstaffed, but want to ensure they maintain enough employees so customer service is not impacted. They've got about 5000 employees all in and around Retail, casino, food and beverage. What they'd like is more visibility on profitability and data behind food and labor savings. Looking for a business analyst that can come in and design a workshop and build a plan. If all goes well, this will be extended out 3-6 months. Specific pieces are looking for is scheduling optimization, Managing and tracking attendance, and compliance, labor laws and unions. This person needs to be well versed in business process mapping, ideally they're looking for a business analyst with some workforce management. Secondary would be of Infor workforce management SME that can act as a business analyst.
