This resource will be client facing and should have strong communication as well as analytical and on-prem Hyperion skill set.
This candidate will assist International and Domestic PPC business clients with problem analysis, resolution and general support for a large number of Hyperion Planning applications.
They will work with all areas of Information Systems on enhancements and support for a broad range of systems varying in design and architecture.
This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service levels are met in a dynamic environment - providing evaluations & solutions, managing and performing activities to restore functionality, fielding questions or requests for advice and assuring resolution and recovery occur in a timely and effective manner.
Ideally, our preferred candidate would be considered an Essbase developer but candidates who may have a current role as an Essbase/Hyperion Planning Administrator will also be considered.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and assist in development of existing on prem Hyperion Essbase/Planning applications
Write and fix various Calculation Scripts
Enhance and support web based data entry forms within the Hyperion Planning application
Perform Essbase outline changes and create reports as required
Responsible for all problem resolution, incident closure and reporting
Utilize query tools to analyze and reconcile data and to produce ad hoc reports
Rotational on-call responsibility to support a worldwide service level agreement
