4-7 Experience in project procurement / RFP development / bid evaluation
4-7 Demonstrated application of project management techniques, WBS (work breakdown structure) development, and coordination of people and resources
4-7 Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and

4-7 Proficient in change management methodologies
