> Minimum 10+years of relevant production support experience in PHP, Python and MySQL
> Expert of PHP, Python & MySQL with capability to debug and find the root cause
> Must have very good analytical skill to identify root cause
> Must have problem solving ability to unblock the users ASAP
> Mindset to automate the processes to reduce effort in production monitoring or issue resolving
 
Role & responsibilities ;-
> Support different NPI applications running in Production
> Collaborate with different business users and support/ unblock then to run the continuous business flow
> Identify the root cause of different bottlenecks and issues happening in Live environments
> Proactive monitoring and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
> Able to do small fixes/ hot fixes to deploy that maintain business continuity
> Able to write utilities to upload data or to automate different support processes.
