Provide strategic direction for the Maximo implementation project, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Own the project roadmap, determining the level of effort required for various tasks and guiding the project timeline. Wear multiple hats, including that of Business Analyst and Project Manager as needed. Ensure all project efforts and decisions are in line with the overall business strategy and goals. Interface and collaborate with third-party system integration partners.

Key Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Maximo.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Product Owner role, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into actionable project plans and roadmaps.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly within the food and beverage sector, is highly desirable.
