Looking for a BA with the following skillset:

- Translating business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional requirements.
- JSON/FHIR mapping experience and knowledge
- Experienced in creating User stories and technical mapping documents.
- Ability to facilitate communications between technical and business teams.
- Good written and Oral communication skills; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive/negative situations.
- Ability to develop detailed project plan, monitor milestones, conduct problem solving sessions and generate status reports.
- Experienced in Agile tools and Project management tools.
- Support Dev and QA with rqmt questions during dev and testing. Review QA artifacts to confirm test coverage.
