Has subject matter expertise to solve complex RPA solution delivery issues within established guidelines, recommend appropriate alternatives and design and build complex RPA solutions, including standing up new RPA platforms. Facilitate requirements sessions.  May act as a project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitate information validation. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and implement a solution.  Able to establish standards and best practices as well as perform Quality assurance reviews.
Required Skill Sets:-
 
●   Has good hands-on experience of RPA development/Operations.
●   Certification & Implementation experience of RPA tool is must.
●   At least 7+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development.
●   Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
●   Process Designer who takes the responsibility for understanding the current process and designing new process.
●   Automation Architect who can build the RPA project using the RPA tooling
●   Handling exceptions as occurred in the process.
●   Good communication skill.
●   Exp in team & management
●   Monitoring and reviewing the process analytics and conveying the process improvement information
