  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications (preferred).
  • Expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
