8.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake and PySpark to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.- Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve system performance and scalability.- Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data processing and storage.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all data solutions. -Qualifications- Possess a strong background in Snowflake and PySpark with hands-on experience.- Demonstrate expertise in Sales and Marketing domain to effectively address business requirements.- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.- Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Be familiar with data security and privacy regulations.- Have a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
