1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Ansible Playbooks.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and management of microservices and related components.
2. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD infrastructure such as CloudBees.
• Ensure fast and reliable deployments with proper monitoring and rollback strategies.
3. Monitoring and Alerting:
• Set up monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana) to proactively identify and address issues.
• Collaborate with the team to establish SLOs.
4. Incident Response:
• Participate in problem resolution and respond to incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvements to prevent future incidents.
• Perform investigations on reported issues and work with delivery squad to find resolutions
5. Security and Compliance:
• Implement security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and security incidents.
6. Documentation:
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Share knowledge with team members to enhance the overall team skillset.
