Ensure that we bring people with strong IAM expertise for Analysts. Just BA expertise is not sufficient.
For SOD, will get KT from EY, rest his internal team should be able to manage.
Ramp up team and ensure they deliver as per the checklist. Help technically if they are stuck with any problem.
Have a 2 / 3 strike rule where anyone repeating mistakes is replaced
Have strong KPI and reporting around onboarding success to capture effectiveness / failures / amount of rework / etc.
Have a strong Program Manager who will take bottom line accountability and will accompany him for the meetings with Internal Risk to face the fire if there are issues.
Any subcon we bring have to be working from either Atlanta/ Raleigh office with their managers
