JOB DETAIL

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Module Development: Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Customization and Scripting: Customize ServiceNow applications using Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other scripting techniques to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
  • Workflows and Automation: Design and implement workflows and automation processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and other automation tools in ServiceNow.
  • User Interface (UI) Development: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for ServiceNow applications, including customizing forms, lists, and widgets.
  • Data Management: Manage data within ServiceNow, including defining data structures, creating data sources, and managing import sets and transform maps.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, technical diagrams, and user guides.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on ServiceNow features and functionality.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to continuously enhance your knowledge and skillset.
