- Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for task management, backlog prioritization, and reporting.
- Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to adhere to Scrum principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to guide and support teams through challenges and changes, ensuring the highest level of productivity and collaboration.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® [CSM], Professional Scrum Master® [PSM]) is preferred Nice to have.
- Familiarity with other project management tools and Agile practices is a bonus.
