Collect and translate Business priorities and strategies into IT arch requirements:
• Translate business priorities and strategies into IT architecture reqs. (C)
• Define, document and maintain the domain architectures
• Understand ‘As-Is’ domain architectures (R)
• Define/update ‘To-Be’ application architectures applying IT Architecture Guiding Principles (R)
• Understand implications of IT architecture requirements to ‘As-Is’ domain architectures (R)
• Complete all appropriate documentation required by the programmers, testers, Deployment team, and Application Management team that will maintain the application (R)
• Augment IT Architecture Guiding Principles (C)
• Align Client's architecture requirements with IT Architecture Standards (C)
Identify and plan Enterprise Architecture Mgmt. initiatives:
• Translate IT architecture reqs. into recommended IT initiatives/projects (R/C)
• Develop Application architecture Roadmaps (R)
• Identify architectural inefficiencies and provide recommendations (R/C)
• Develop EA Integrated Roadmap (C) Provide input to the investment decision and Governance processes
• Determine impact of IT Work Requests to ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ architectures as part of Client's IT project initiation process (R)
• Advocate and sponsor enterprise IT initiatives (C)
Advocate Enterprise Architecture Mgmt. to programs and projects:
• Provide architectural support to operations and project delivery teams (R)
• Communicate Enterprise Architecture Mgmt. (C)
• Validate EA is relevant & achievable with Key Stakeholders (C)
Collect, track and report key EA metrics:
• Setup measurements and mechanisms (R/C)
• Establish and maintain alignment of key Enterprise Architecture Mgmt. performance metrics (C)
• Create and distribute performance reports (C)
• Provide feedback and discuss with management team (C)
