As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods.

Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
