- Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- ServiceNow certification a must.
- Experience with ITIL.
- Experience scripting with Javascript within ServiceNow platform.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with workstation management automation software.
