Actively engage in hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving to address technical issues.Debug and resolve software defects promptly.Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and debug complex application, run-time environment or data issues.Be part of the core product team to provide technical leadership to the development and support team.Mentor and guide team members in best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Implement and monitor security measures.Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with security protocols.Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.Respond to urgent technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
