Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Pega Platform with a focus on Decision Management and Next-Best-Action (NBA).

Configure and manage Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support real-time decisioning and personalization.

Build and optimize decision strategies, decision tables, and scorecards.

Develop and train predictive and adaptive models using Pega’s AI and machine learning capabilities.

Integrate Pega applications with external systems and data sources to support decisioning frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Monitor and enhance the performance of decision strategies in real-time environments.

Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, scalability standards, and compliance requirements.
