As a Full Stack Java Developer with AEM experience, you will play a crucial role in building, consuming, documenting, and integrating UI and backend components across various environments, supporting frontline tools and platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop customer-facing and back-office systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop, test, and deploy UI and backend components using Angular 9 or later, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Alpine.js and Spring Boot.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.

·       Manage codebase using Gitlab repositories and facilitate version control.

·       Design and implement REST APIs and test them using tools like Postman.

·       Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

·       Identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure the scalability and reliability of systems.

·       Utilize Redis and Apigee Proxy for caching and API management.

·       Design user-friendly frontends for various personas and use cases, both external and internal.

·       Integrate and customize components within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

·       Work closely with developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, sales, and support analysts daily.

·       Provide technical leadership in defining comprehensive solutions and managing project tracks.

·       Conduct user-centered analysis to understand and address user needs effectively.

·       Translate complex technical solutions and problems for audiences with varying technical backgrounds.

·       Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders and team members.

·       Utilize tools such as Jira, Gitlab, AppDynamics, and Splunk for project management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Critical:

·       Minimum of 12 years of experience in frontend technologies such as AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

·       At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe CQ. Familiarity with AlpineJS is a plus.

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·       Experience in onshore-offshore coordination and managing distributed teams.

·       Proven experience in Full Stack development with proficiency in Angular 9 or later, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Alpine.js and Spring Boot.

·       Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

·       Proficiency in using Gitlab for version control and collaboration.

·       Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs, and familiarity with tools like Postman.

·       Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive results through positive influence.

·       Experience in managing and developing highly available systems, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

·       Familiarity with Redis and Apigee Proxy for caching and API management.

·       Experience in integrating and customizing components within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.

·       Experience with user-centered analysis and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

·       Strong documentation skills and experience with tools like Jira, AppDynamics, Gitlab, and Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in computer science or related field.

· Certifications in relevant technologies such as Angular, Spring Boot, or Agile methodologies.
