- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Experience with AIOps, ITSM, and Event Management Pipeline within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in integrating Big Panda with ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
