- Create integrations focused on SaaS tools for IT and LOB software including pre-built integrations and customized APIs.
- Focus on further developing and fine-tuning the SAMPro application including normalizing software and tracking usage and overall data accuracy.
- Actively seek process improvement opportunities focused on automation for the SAMPro and VM teams.
- Frequently partner within and outside IT on solutions and implement/drive change to accelerate SAMPro adoption, firmwide.
- Complete quality assurance reviews of SAMPro and other ServiceNow-related stories.
- Act as a developer for moderate ITAM workloads.
