The scope of work for the Professional Services Engineer includes managing critical upgrades and maintenance of HPE server infrastructure to address hardware and software lifecycle challenges. Key responsibilities include:

**Must have the following requiremenst/experience** 

Lifecycle Management: Evaluate and upgrade aging components at end-of-life to ensure operational stability and compliance.

Standardization: Assist in identifying and implementing standardized products and integrations for future scalability.

Troubleshooting and Upgrades: Handle complex issues related to firmware and application updates, ensuring minimal downtime.

Architecture Reviews: Collaborate on infrastructure design, deployment, and strategic planning for agency-wide needs.

Security: Research and implement tools to secure infrastructure while aligning with agency-wide standards.

Support and Training: Provide training for internal staff, enhance troubleshooting workflows, and respond to critical outages.

Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure timely patching, capacity planning, and adherence to vendor-certified requirements for system compliance and functionality.

This role addresses critical risks, including system failures, security breaches, and compliance issues, while enabling reliable operations across all agency systems.
