• Coach teams on Agile values and principles and their application as well as backlog management to maximize business value
• Support the team by removing and/or escalating impediments that the team cannot resolve themselves including topics related to scope, schedule, prioritization, decision-making, risk management, etc.
• Plan and facilitate team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
• Lead team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and continuous improvement
• Shield the team from frequent outside distractions and interferences

We need to ensure the following:
• Needs to be a strong SM with previous experience with two teams
• Agile methodology experience
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and cross-platform project work
• Dependency Management skills
• Conflict resolution and escalation experience
• Team metrics monitoring
• Nice to have: Insurance Industry project experience
• Tools: Jira (would be ideal) and Miro (nice to have)
