Perform a full range of application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team. Answer questions related to applications and systems and address non-standard issues.
Provide daily hands-on technical support of packaged software systems and custom developed applications.
Test and implement software application fixes, upgrades, and patches in the proper technology environments.
Review business requirements, create technical requirements, and configure applications for end users.
Employ industry-standard processes to configure, test, and implement software applications to meet business requirements. Document, plan, and implement system or client setup changes using enterprise management systems and adhering to Bureau/Department policies.
Communicate with management, technical leads, end users, business analysts, and project managers as it relates to area of assignment.
Provide guidance for others in application support and delegate work, as needed.
