JOB DETAIL

At least 5 yrs….exp and a couple of years of leadership min but really wants more
Will Transform ops around platform and expand. Bring in best practices. Mentor and coaching . Have exp across platform. ITSM, HR , AP engine . CDMB .ITOM,sec ops
can have have broader exp in some of modules . ITSM must at  minimum
will work closely with their Architect
They will need to develop – Risk and high priority items
SME SPECIALIST Higher technical role- may be called into working with stakeholders. GREAT communication – soft skills very important
platform very outsourced for support at this time and want to bring that in to the env more.

 

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Must be an expert in ServiceNow (ITSM experience is essential)
  • CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) OR CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications
  • Excellent communication skills are critical
