• Ensure quality, security, privacy, reliability, and performance.

• Advance team’s technical foundation and adopt DevOps practices.

• Support and enhance Consumer Data Platform technologies.

 

Development & Platform Administration:

• Lead integration design and development using Azure technologies.

• Resolve technical requirements and dependency conflicts.

• Administer Amperity CDP for consumer unification and marketing analytics.

• Implement monitoring for system reliability.

 

Technical Leadership:

• Define and promote best practices.

• Collaborate on design patterns and standards.

• Manage backlog and roadmap for technical improvements.

• Team Development & Mentorship:

• Mentor junior and senior engineers.

• Share best practices and foster skill development.

 

You Are:

• A strong communicator, skilled in remote and in-person collaboration.

• An effective teacher, elevating team technical skills.

• Experienced in backend and frontend technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, etc.).

• Proficient in implementing and managing Consumer Data Platforms (CDP).

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Has designed and implemented systems for unified consumer profiles.

• Ensures high standards in component development and aligns with enterprise standards.

• Proven experience in cross-platform mobile application development.

• Experience building social commerce experiences with platforms like Instagram or TikTok.

• Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles and experienced in working closely with design teams.

• Experienced in designing and building scalable APIs and back-end systems.

• Strong knowledge of headless and composable orchestrations.

• Expertise in Generative AI technologies, LLMs (like GPT), NLP, and Azure AI Studio.
