The Salesforce Technical Lead role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to guide and mentor a development team. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, fostering a collaborative development environment, and driving technical excellence within the team.

1 Technical Expertise of Sales / Service Cloud

2 Development Leadership:

- Lead and guide the development team in implementing Salesforce solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.

3 Technical Design:

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Provide technical leadership in designing scalable and maintainable solutions.

4 Code Review and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation.

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within the development team.

5 Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and positive development environment.
