MDCPS is seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Leads, SME’s, Data Management, IT and end-users to ensure that our case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with MDCPS resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications

-Define business outcomes for case management use cases

-Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows, use cases, user stories and functional specifications

-Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives

-Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases

-Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs.

-Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate.

-Produce clear, user-friendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers.

-Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system
