- The main communication channel will be email; Phone calls must be reserved for time sensitive/urgent matters.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
• Experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably supporting Salesforce implementations or CRM systems (5-8 years)
• Process mapping and user story writing experience
• Collaboration with product owners and testing teams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.

Preferred:
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze, document, and map current and future state process flows to ensure alignment with business objectives and Salesforce implementations.
• Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with the design and meet requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support team understanding and project continuity.
• Partner with the product owner to refine user stories and ensure alignment with businesspriorities and strategic goals.
• Work closely with the testing team to validate that user stories are complete, testable, and ready for testing at the start of each sprint.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce team, ensuring e[ective communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Leverage 5 to 8 years of relevant experience to provide insights, best practices, and guidance for Salesforce implementations and process improvements.
