We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Smart Sheets and Service Now, and will be responsible for leading team meetings, gathering and reporting status updates, tracking action items, and managing resources across the organization and vendors. The initial assignment will focus on telecom circuit reduction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead team meetings and gather status updates.

Report project status to stakeholders.

Track action items, risks, and issues to ensure progress.

Manage resources without direct authority, coordinating efforts across the organization and vendors.

Work on telecom circuit reduction projects, with potential for other assignments.

Utilize Smart Sheets and Service Now for project management tasks.

Use Google Sheets and Google Drive for documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of project management experience.

Proficiency in Smart Sheets and Service Now.

Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and managing team members.

Professional demeanor and ability to present information clearly.

Background in telecom circuits is a plus, but not required.

PMI certification preferred, but not required.
