5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Functional consulting and ABAP experience in the US and/or Canada
Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll modules
Knowledge of SAP HCM integration.
Excellent understanding of in depth Enterprise Testing plan and strategy
Prepare detailed test plan documents based on requirements
Conduct functional testing of implemented applications with stakeholders and the Quality Assurance.
Analyze and resolve defects.
Identify test scenarios and provide consulting services to clients.
Experience with SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces.
Experience with SAP HCM to Successfactors Migration and Replication.
An in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors Employee configuration.
Experience in data management including leading the data migration execution: cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, validation and defect resolution.
Understand and lead mock loads and data validation cycles.
Understand data mapping sheets, transformation logic, picklist values, Employee Central configuration.
Expertise in SAP HCM ABAP programming to review existing programs and able to work with data transformation sheets to create ABAP programs.
Excellent knowledge in BIB integration with Successfactors.
Experience with testing and validation of BIB replication from Successfactors to SAP HCM.
Test downstream payroll and time processes and configuration.
