JOB DETAIL

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Functional consulting and ABAP experience in the US and/or Canada
  • Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll modules
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM integration.
  • Excellent understanding of in depth Enterprise Testing plan and strategy
  • Prepare detailed test plan documents based on requirements
  • Conduct functional testing of implemented applications with stakeholders and the Quality Assurance.
  • Analyze and resolve defects.
  • Identify test scenarios and provide consulting services to clients.
  • Experience with SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces.
  • Experience with SAP HCM to Successfactors Migration and Replication.
  • An in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors Employee configuration.
  • Experience in data management including leading the data migration execution: cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, validation and defect resolution.
  • Understand and lead mock loads and data validation cycles.
  • Understand data mapping sheets, transformation logic, picklist values, Employee Central configuration.
  • Expertise in SAP HCM ABAP programming to review existing programs and able to work with data transformation sheets to create ABAP programs.
  • Excellent knowledge in BIB integration with Successfactors.
  • Experience with testing and validation of BIB replication from Successfactors to SAP HCM.
  • Test downstream payroll and time processes and configuration.
