·         Develop and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.

·         Analyze and document processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.

·         Design reusable components, workflows, and scripts to enhance efficiency.

·         Perform unit testing, deploy bots to production, and provide ongoing support.

·         Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve bot performance issues.

·         Translate business requirements into technical designs.

·         Maintain technical documentation (e.g., PDDs and SDDs) and share knowledge with teams.

·         Stay current on RPA tools, trends, and best practices.

What You Bring:

·         8+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in UiPath.

·         Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and SQL.

·         Strong skills in workflow design, debugging, and error handling.

·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

·         UiPath RPA Certification.

·         Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (a plus).
