Prior experience working at the Client ERP Office is preferable.
At least 5 years’ experience with the following:
Maintaining Early Watch Alerts in Solution Manager for SAP systems including Business Objects. This involves being familiar with Solution Manager Security setup.
Maintain SLD Syncs and SLD Data Suppliers
SAP Maintenance Planner to support SAP Upgrades and Support Packs
Performing SAP Basis tasks in various ABAP and JAVA systems
Transport Management
Redhat Linux administration for SAP systems
SAP HANA database experience
Public sector experience
Ability to work with limited direction
Strong teamwork and customer support focus
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner
Good written and verbal communication skills
Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc.
Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference
Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams
Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members
Speak and write in English well
Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities.

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
Proven SAP basis background, with at least three years experience (5 years preferred) in basis support functionality within the SAP HCM , Financials/Logistics, BW, and Solution Manager
3 years’ experience (5 years preferred) in troubleshooting and researching SAP basis solutions for both new development and reported issues
Proven SAP basis background, with at least three years’ experience (5 years preferred) in basis support functionality within the SAP BASIS, SAP HANA Database, LINUX
3 years’ experience (5 years preferred) in troubleshooting and researching SAP basis solutions
