•              Write, test, and deploy software solutions that are accurate and resilient (Need to have architected systems, this is not an enhancement role)

The systems they will be working on are for on-boarding insurance agents and for agency commissions (re-engineering).

•              Support your systems in production resolving incidents and issues that affect our customers
•              Increase the effectiveness of your team by suggesting code and process improvements

Looking for Someone With
•              3+ years as a software engineer working with REST APIs 
•              Experience in Ruby on Rails or equivalent
•              Familiarity with React
•              An eagerness to work closely with your team in a collaborative environment
•              Curiosity in clearly defining the customer problem that needs to be solved
•              Excellent communication skills both with engineering colleagues and team stakeholders

Position can be remote
2 rounds of interviews. This can be limited to one interview if EIS sends 15 min video screening recordings with some basic technical and behavioral questions (have request out to HM to get screening questions)
