· Proven experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture. 

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage complex projects, and make technical decisions. 
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
