Business Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Identify gaps between current processes and future state, and propose innovative solutions.
Functional Design:
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Develop detailed system design documents, including configuration settings, workflows, and reports.
Technical Implementation:
- Configure SAP PM modules to meet business needs, including master data, transaction codes, and workflows.
- Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change management.
Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
