Business Analyst/Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, coordinating , and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables.The candidate will work directly with all members of the dev team , our business users, and other developments team.This person will communicate the work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards and provide end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables,Responsibilities will also include documenting requirements, analysis and test results.Core Skills:• Understanding of equity trading; equity swaps a plus• Understanding of BDD/TDD• Understanding of the development process/cycle• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding• Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment• Ability to navigate JIRA and Confluence docs
