JOB DETAIL

  • Include implementation of new patches and configuration updates to the vendor product as new updates come in or when required by the Control Center.
  • With minimal guidance, candidate must be able to effectively maintain and update mission critical core and in-house applications in addition to performing programming/debugging activities related to new system development.
  • The candidate must be able to document step-by-step deployment process.
  • Responsible for migrating code changes from Development, Test and Production environments.
  • Develop and support in-house applications that support and interact with vendor product.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and the changes that are implemented to resolve them.
  • Provide 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis.
  • Open Service Requests and work with other support group to evaluate and impact, test and perform post pre and post update validation for Oracle DB and Linux patches.
  • Work closely with other technical groups to manage and address any issues with physical servers, permissions, cluster issues and BizTalk (integration services) for Middleware orchestrations.
  • Implement and adhere to *** Cyber Security policies and procedures. Ensures Company safety, health and environmental.
  • Ensures that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, as the candidate will routinely interact with various business groups both within and outside of IT.
