JOB DETAIL

Domain Expertise:

Provide expert knowledge in credit card systems, including credit, debit, prepaid cards, Onboarding, Account opening, Authorization, A/R receivables processing, A/C Payables, Collections Offer insights into industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, EMV standards), and emerging technologies (e.g., contactless payments, digital wallets).

-BIAN Awareness and Service Domains knowledge

-Lead the implementation of BIAN standards within credit card systems.

-Ensure alignment of card product development and integration with BIAN frameworks.

Product Development:

-Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to design and develop innovative card solutions.

-Advise on card product configurations, features, and integration with existing banking/payment systems.

Process Optimization:

-Enhance card issuance, processing, dispute resolution, authorization, and settlement processes.

-Identify and implement improvements in card transaction workflows and suggest automation solutions.

-Compliance & Risk Management:

-Ensure card products comply with local and international regulations (e.g., PCI compliance, fraud detection, KYC, AML).

-Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to mitigate fraud, security breaches, and data compromise.

Training & Support:

-Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on card-related processes and best practices.

-Serve as an escalation point for complex card-related issues, including chargebacks, fraud detection, and technical challenges.

Stakeholder Communication:

-Liaise with external partners, vendors, and payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) to ensure seamless product integration and compliance.

-Report on card program performance and improvements to leadership.
