Day to day responsibilities:

• • As a Project Manager for various technical projects, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables. 
  • This involves working with System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff to ensure the needs of the VCCS community are being communicated, understood and met.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, managing project updates, running steering committee meetings, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience leading technical enterprise system projects involving various stakeholder groups. 
  • This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included. Experience with PeopleSoft enterprise systems is a plus as is VA state Cardinal system experience.

  • Experience using agile project management methodology is desired.
