- Create custom alerts in Dynatrace to proactively address performance issues.

- Provide technical support for daily operations and coordinate with vendors for production system maintenance.
- Participate in the patch management process for servers and software.
- Support data updates and create scheduled or ad-hoc reports using SQL and other database tools.
Project Management and Process Improvement:
- Develop project plans, estimate timelines, and identify milestones for the operations team.
- Monitor, track, and complete project tasks with a focus on quality and stakeholder needs.
- Implement best practice methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Access and Certificate Management:
- Manage User Access Requests for databases and monitoring tools.
- Oversee the Digital Certificate update process in collaboration with vendors.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain an up-to-date software inventory list.
- Create advanced presentations and reports using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
