Develop, optimize, maintain, and preserve the electronic data residing in the Bureau/Department databases.
Ensure the efficient operation of the case management system and provide technology support to facilitate effective communications between Bureaus/Departments.
Optimize and manage office technology processes and train office staff in technology processes.
Participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with the goals of the Bureau/Department, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Consult other staff and leadership for more complex issues and challenges.
