Scope/Description of Services
The Worker(s) will provide the following services: 

TWC currently uses PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 as its Financial system. TWC uses the following modules:  Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, ePro, GL, Inventory, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control.  TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.

TWC is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support IT projects. Work involves updating and migrating a 20-year-old legacy system from a mainframe environment to a more robust PeopleSoft-based solution. Assists in the design and development of PeopleSoft application based on business requirements. Experience with developing bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft needed. Responsible for understanding requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and custom modules. Requires a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools.  Worker(s) will augment TWC’s PeopleSoft technical and functional team.

Performs other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.
