1. Lead building the business case, outlining scope, identifying stakeholders, facilitating and documenting As Is, To Be flows including gap analysis
2. Elicit, analyze and document clear concise detailed business and technical requirements via user stories and acceptance criteria
3. Plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs.
4. Provide input into business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation.
5. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
6. Ensure status is updated and tracked appropriately in the single source of truth.
