JOB DETAIL

Develop and design end-to-end IAM solutions that meet business, security, and compliance needs.• Define and oversee IAM architecture frameworks, standards, and strategies.• Provide technical leadership in integrating IAM tools with enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, cloud, etc.).• Evaluate and recommend IAM products and services to enhance the security posture.• Lead the implementation of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privilege access management solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.• Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and security reviews related to IAM.• Design single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and federation solutions.• Stay updated on the latest IAM trends, threats, and compliance regulations.

 

• Strong expertise in IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, etc.• Deep understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).• Proficiency in cloud identity management for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.• Experience with privileged access management (PAM) and Zero Trust models.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders to align IAM strategies with business goals.• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.• 8+ years of experience in IAM, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect.• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint, Okta).
